So, I doodle while I'm waiting - a lot of times things I'm daydreaming about things I want to make. Here's what came of my latest doodle:
| fabric: August Fields by Amy Butler |
It's a big, honkin' bag (14" by 20") to pack all of my yoga stuff in. This is the first time that I something came out the way I envisioned it.
I love the way it turned out, and I think I'll make a few for the shop. This one though is mine to keep. I'm taking it to class tonight!
I love that it's so big and roomy! And the fabric is sweet...what kind of yoga are you practicing?
ReplyDeleteOh I love the fabric. And I was giving the WIATIII today and dying from boredom. I'll have to remember to bring along a sketch pad for myself!
ReplyDeleteYour bag is lovely. Pretty and useful at the same time - a great combination!
ReplyDeleteI'm like you in that I am always thinking of things to make while at work.
It's lovely! I need to make something like this. (BTW, I love the title of your blog!)
ReplyDeleteThis is a cute bag :)
ReplyDeleteBut importantly, your reverse tie dyed black tank top below is just SO FABULOUS (as you can see, I have no compunction about limiting capitals!) This is a totally awesome outcome. I love it!
Could you share the bleach you used, and how you tied it up? Must be a very strong bleach to get out the black so totally like this...
I love the bag and the fabric you chose!
